This may include inquiries, reviews, follow-up comments, or complaints made by or against you, as well as disagreements with you or your organization.

Payment information is collected by our payment card processing partner and is kept for three years after your account is canceled on the influencer platform.

We use this to manage our contract with your organization in accordance with our legitimate interests. We preserve this information for up to seven years after our engagement with your organization has ended.
7. JOB APPLICATION
We will collect and store information on job applicants, such as information you submit in your application or information provided to us by recruiting agencies and information about you from any referees you provide. We may also collect information about your career history that you post on LinkedIn or that is available on your employer's website.
We use this to enter into an employment contract with you, protect our legitimate interests in evaluating candidates and tracking our recruitment operations, and exercise and perform our employment law obligations and rights.

If you currently work for us or have previously worked for us, you may obtain a copy of this. Your information will be maintained until that worker updates it, or we no longer need to contact that individual after they have left us.
