When you enter into a contract with us (or someone on your behalf), we will collect personal information about you, such as your name, contact information, contract details, delivery details, and correspondence with us regarding the contract.

We require some information to carry out our contract with you, which you must submit in order to enter into a contract with us (or as required under that contract); otherwise, we may be unable to carry out our deal with you. 

Other correspondence or engagement between you and us (for example, by email, phone, post, SMS, WhatsApp, or via our website) will include personal information (such as names and contact details). This may include inquiries, reviews, follow-up comments, or complaints made by or against you, as well as disagreements with you or your organization.

Where your information relates to a contract, we keep it for up to 6 years after your account is closed to deal with any after-sales enquiries or claims, as well as for tax purposes.

Payment information is collected by our payment card processing partner and is kept for three years after your account is canceled on the influencer platform.

All other information is maintained for a period of six years.
